STRUCTURAL REPAIRS
We have invested in the latest equipment in the collision repair industry. We have a computerised Car-O-Liner vision chassis measuring system that leaves no room for error and is essential for a safe and quality repair. This piece of equipment allows us to re- align your vehicle to the manufacturer’s original specifications. We also have an inverter spot welder which is designed for quality minded body shops to provide quality spot welds with all new high strength steels and welding processes.
COMPLETE RE-SPRAYS
In New Zealand, the elements of nature can be quite harsh on your vehicle; and if you don’t have the benefit of undercover parking, it’s easy to watch the paint job on your vehicle slowly fading over the years. Our experienced staff can completely re-spray your vehicle to its original colour or a colour of your choice.
HEADLIGHT RESTORATION
Faded headlights (yellowing headlights) caused by the oxidisation of the surface of the outer cover, can cause a serious degradation in the effectiveness of the light itself. We are able to remove the oxidised material to a smooth and polished finish, improving lens appearance and visibility for safer driving.
PAINT TOUCH-UPS
We have our own paint facility on-site and make use of the Cromax’s latest waterborne paint technologies. The paint process is further enhanced by a computer-controlled paint.
CUT POLISH
We offer a cut polish service to rejuvenate dull and faded paintwork. We can remove swirl marks, light scratches and oxidation to restore the paint colour and boost shine.
LOAN VEHICLES
If required, we can offer you a loan vehicle for the duration that your vehicle will be with us for panel repairs. Our loan vehicles are competitively priced at $ 10 + GST or $ 20 + GST (model dependant).
FREE QUOTES
We use a computerised quoting system which ensures that a detailed and accurate quote is presented to insurance companies and our private customers. In conjunction with this, we offer a digital imaging service which is being utilised by most insurance companies and assessors alike.
